This is a legal short-term vacation rental with proper city registration. There is a full kitchen and dining room with mountain and Strip views. A play area off the main living room has an extra fold-out sofa and billiard table.
During summer months (June through September) there is a 10' X 20', 3.5ft deep above ground pool also with strip views.

Summary: The house was beautiful. We never had the opportunity to use the above ground pool or other outdoor amenities. Had a couple questions and Damon answered them quickly. We enjoyed our stay here.
